Project Manager's Assistants

Many concepts and well established methods will be utilised by a project manager to bring about high quality outcomes for a project.  Due to the complex nature of project management, project stakeholders and project resources may not have the luxury of studying the background information to how these concepts and methods were arrived at.

The ability to quickly explain these concepts during the interactive meeting or presentation, will allow participants to move quickly past the comprehensive of the concept to actually applying it with in the course of their own project.

Below are a series of documents which I’ve called “The Project Manager’s Assistant” which can be used by project managers or business analysts to visually impart the concept.

Each document can be used as a hand out during the relevant phase of a project, and will greatly reduce the time for visual learners.
